This month, we’re proud to recognize 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗿 for living out our core values of 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 & 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.

Our accounting department has experienced a lot of change over the past year — from the retirement of our longtime CFO to transitioning to a fractional CFO and adjusting to new processes along the way.

Through it all, Chelsea has continued to show up with a smile on her face and a positive attitude.

She is always willing to jump in and help with whatever comes her way. Her knowledge and versatility make her a valuable resource to the entire team, and she has embraced changes and new responsibilities with a willingness to learn and grow.

Thank you for your flexibility, positive attitude, and willingness to support the team through a year of transition, Chelsea. We are proud to celebrate you this month!

When parade season comes calling, 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 answers the call.

Thanks, USD #343 Perry-Lecompton Public Schools, for having us roll through your Homecoming Parade! We’re always proud to show up for the communities we call home.

And this one was a little extra special for one of our own — 𝗭𝗮𝗰𝗵, one of our drivers at Sunflower Paving Inc., is a Perry-Lecompton alum.

09/28/2026

We had a blast being part of 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝘁𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗸𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵-𝗔-𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸 and getting to watch so many kids explore and experience the equipment that helps build our communities.

We take pride in connecting with the families in the communities we serve—and maybe inspiring the next generation of builders, operators, drivers, and dreamers along the way. 👷‍♀️👷‍♂️

𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗧𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗸𝗮! 🚜

09/22/2026

Across 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, our drivers and lowboy crews are out in the communities we serve, moving equipment, hauling materials, and keeping our operations moving.

No spotlight. No shortcuts. Just early mornings, long days, heavy loads, miles on the road, and good people getting the job done.

Six companies. One team. That’s 𝗦𝗖𝗦. 👊

09/17/2026

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 gives us a reason to pause and appreciate just how much construction shapes the communities around us.

The roads we drive on.
The places we work.
The neighborhoods we live in.
The schools, businesses and spaces where life happens.

It’s all part of the backdrop of our everyday lives.

At 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, we’re six companies strong — and behind all of it is a LOT of people, skills, jobs and smiling faces.

The people working long days, solving problems, moving earth, building what needs to be built, transforming spaces, giving materials new life and keeping it all moving forward.

That’s what we’re celebrating this week.

All six companies.
𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺.
