Today Jaron has been deep in the details! building a custom battery and fuse-box housing for the 55 Bel Air. This is one of those behind-the-scenes jobs that doesn’t always get the spotlight, but it truly makes or breaks a clean, reliable build.

He’s fabricating everything from scratch so the wiring stays protected, organized, and easy to access later on. Clean metalwork now = fewer headaches later, and Jaron always makes sure every piece fits like it’s meant to be there from the factory.

This beauty is deep in the bodywork stage — getting smoothed, fitted, and perfected from every angle. The new trunk floor is in, panels are getting dialed in, and the body lines are starting to take shape again.

This Bel Air is a full custom build, and every inch of metalwork brings it one step closer to that flawless finish we’re known for. 🔧✨

🛠️ ’73 Bronco coming back to life!
This classic Bronco is deep in the metalwork stage — getting patched, welded, and straightened out to perfection. From floor panels to corner repairs, every inch is being brought back to solid, clean steel.

This stage is all about precision and patience before primer and paint. It’s always exciting to see these old Broncos take shape again, one weld at a time! 🔥

This 65 Chevy is getting a serious upgrade here at Wasatch Customs! We’ve got the new powerplant in place and we’re working our way through all the fine details. Plumbing, wiring, cooling, and making sure everything is clean, functional, and ready for the road.

We love projects like this! classic body, modern heart. Bringing new life to old metal is what we do best. Stay tuned… this one is going to be a beautiful blend of vintage and performance! 😎🤘🏻

Colton Going All In on the ‘77 Crew Cab!

Colton has been putting in some serious hours on the 1977 crew cab, tackling the metalwork to get this truck prepped for bodywork. From cutting and replacing panels to making sure every piece lines up perfectly, he’s been grinding nonstop to bring this classic back to life.

Metalwork is one of those jobs that takes patience and precision, and Colton’s got both. Every weld, every adjustment—it’s all about making sure this truck has a solid foundation before the next phase begins. Stay tuned, because this ‘77 is going to be a beauty when it’s done!

This classic beauty is in for some major updates, including new floorboards, a rocker panel, A-pillars, and an engine installation. Shoutout to our girl Kessley for taking our finishes to the next level! She’s been hard at work, laying down ceramic coatings on our hot rods, giving them that extra layer of shine and protection. All thanks to her attention to detail.

But Kessley didn’t stop with our shop builds, she turned her expertise on her own car too, making sure it’s looking just as slick and ready to hit the road.

And here’s the best part! Kessley just wrapped up her final certification as a GT Quartz Ceramic Coater! This means she’s officially certified to apply the Titanium 10+ year coating, offering our clients a top-of-the-line finish that will keep their cars looking pristine for years.
