This October marks four years since the official beginning of Bruscher A&E.🎉

We’re incredibly grateful for the connections we’ve made with our customers, the experiences that have shaped us, the knowledge we’ve gained, and the opportunity to better support the people we work with. Through every high and low, we’ve continued to grow—and we couldn’t have done it without so many of you.

‼️Bruscher A&E is Hiring‼️

We are looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as a Robotics & Automation Manufacturing Technician.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, learning new technology, and seeing a project go from an idea to a finished product. The technician will work with robotic and automated systems, assist with manufacturing and assembly, and occasionally travel to customer locations for installation, setup, and training.

You do not need to know everything on day one. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, follows safety procedures, pays attention to detail, and is willing to learn.

Since establishing Bruscher A&E in 2022, Dylan has experienced incredible growth while expanding his knowledge and expertise in the automation and robotics industry. His passion for innovation, problem-solving, and customer success has been a driving force behind the company's continued growth.

We recently sat down with Dylan to learn more about his journey and his perspective on the future of automation.

🔹 What inspired you to get into robotics and automation?
"My previous employer gave me opportunities to grow in the robotics field through hands-on experience, which sparked a strong passion for the industry. I enjoy the challenge of starting from scratch, bringing ideas to life, problem-solving along the way, and creating solutions that meet customers' needs."

🔹 What advice would you give someone interested in a career in robotics?
"Find opportunities to gain hands-on experience. It allows you to see every part of the process, from design and fabrication to system integration and programming. Robotics is a rapidly growing field, and I believe there are endless opportunities for those willing to learn and explore."

🔹 What excites you most about the future of automation?
"Automation continues to grow and become more widely adopted across industries. I'm excited about the impact Bruscher A&E can make for customers both locally and across the country. Building trusted relationships, continuously learning, and finding innovative, creative solutions are what motivate us to keep growing and improving."

We want to take a moment to thank Becky Bruscher for the incredible impact she has made on Bruscher A&E over the past three years. From supporting office operations and managing accounting responsibilities to being hands-on in the shop and helping keep the team organized, her hard work and dedication have contributed greatly to our success. We are truly grateful for everything she has done and will miss her greatly.

Have you ever watched a robot play Jenga? 🤖🧱

Our community got a firsthand look at one of the many things robots can do, from stacking blocks into towers to lining them up with incredible precision.

While it may look easy, every movement requires careful planning. Designers must first design the block dispensing system, program pick-up locations, and create detailed instructions so the robot knows exactly where every block belongs.

The result? A fun demonstration of how creativity, engineering, and technology come together to make automation possible!

What an amazing day at the Plymouth County Fair STEM Festival this past Friday! We loved connecting with people of all ages and witnessing the fascination and excitement that automation and robotics spark.
