This one was fun. The impression was that only the injector was bad. I cleaned and pop tested both injectors. Purchased a new governor control rod. While assembling I found out that the No.2 pump had been disassembled and was gummed up. Cleaned lubricated and installed. We had it running Sunday evening, now to button it up and get welding!

Troubleshooting an open injector circuit on a 2003 Jetta TDI. Found No. 3 injector connections loose. Butt spliced some wires so that exposed wires weren't hanging in the engine bay.

Comfort Zone heater. It had power to the switch, no power to the control board. I fond a cold solder joint on the hot wire feeding the power supply board. Fresh solder and it is operational again!

Posting late, here is the Christmas ornament for my eldest son. Print stopped 80% of the way but it worked out, now I have a lid and room to work with the electronics. The plan is to encapsulate all the electronics inside in the future. Had to use a flashlight to post as my son ran the batteries low while on the tree, I guess he liked it.

Finished it! 7 color led that blinks when turned on. Able to cycle through each color manually with a button on the bottom. I wrapped the battery in small diameter tinsel to conceal it in the tree.
