Who We Are:
Superior Construction Enterprises, LLC is a commercial construction company based out of Lebanon County, PA. We are a full service general commercial contractor specializing in retail construction and warehousing/logistical equipment solutions and service.

With 25+ years of experience in the field, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and delivering quality results on time and within budget.

Position Available:
We are looking to immediately hire for a general commercial construction position to work at multiple sites within the tri-state area. Various duties will include new warehouse construction projects and retail construction build outs.

Our shop is in Jonestown, PA, however, this is a full-time travel position with candidate using work vehicles to be out of town Monday through Friday with all expenses paid, home on weekends. This is a travel position; however, candidate must be local to our area to be able to report to the shop location in Jonestown as required weekly.

What We Are Looking For:
• A hard working, reliable individual with attention to detail
• A quick learner with ability to effectively work independently as well as part of a team
• Self-starter dedicated to completing all job tasks as required to meet deadlines
• Basic construction knowledge preferred with experience operating power tools and lift equipment, however will train right individual
• Excellent communication skills

Requirements:
• MUST have a current, valid driver's license, no exceptions
• MUST be willing to travel within tri-state area overnight Monday through Friday, every week, no exceptions
• MUST be willing to work overtime hours during the week or on weekends when required
• Bilingual a plus

What We Offer:
• Salary rate is varied and will be higher dependent upon related experience, however starting pay is $16/hour for qualified applicant with no experience
• Travel time and all related travel expenses paid
• Ongoing training and development
• OSHA and COVID compliant work environment
• Paid time off

***$400 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment

We are a rapidly expanding commercial general construction company looking to hire on some new enthusiastic technicians to our team. We provide services in the logistics fields of warehousing and trucking. Some items include overhead door installation, dock installations, like components and other warehousing solutions.

Steady, year-round work with industry above average wages. Tool allowances. All expenses paid for time when out of town. OSHA10 and equipment rating training paid for by company.
