Today we installed a new furnace, and replaced a control board on the secondary furnace at a home Downriver! The family is happy to have heat again. Here’s a before and after picture of newly installed furnace.

We were in Taylor, MI replacing an existing furnace. They now have running heat!

Today we installed a 4 ton, 454B ac unit, here in Southfield. The install went pretty well and the family is happy.

Today we managed to help out a downtown Detroit small business, Anna’s Café. We installed a 3-ton mini split system. Now customers can enjoy their coffee without being to hot inside!

What a project this was! We installed a 454B 5-header mini split system out in Lake Orion. Despite the 80°-90° heat, we managed to get this done and provide the family with much needed air conditioning!🌬️

Goood morning Michiganders!! Phew we finally get a break from the 90° weather we’ve been having. This is one of our recent AC installs that is the newest Freon system, 454B!

We will probably have more of those 80°-90° weather, so be sure to call us if you ever need your AC cleaned off, to see if it’s working right, a Freon refill, or a whole new AC.

Phew what a scorcher it is today! We installed two new rooftop ac units on a commercial building today. We were so lucky with the incoming thunderstorm and we finished on time. Phew! Enjoy the pictures and videos!
