This weekend marks the opening of one of our biggest jobs to date. 100 year old 95,000 sq ft building transformed into boutique hotel at 18th and Dodge in Omaha. So proud of our painters for the many many hours they put into this project that turned out spectacular!

What an incredible renovation at Sun Valley Lanes & Games! We had a lot of fun with this project during a crazy 2020.

We made it look pretty, and this place is jammed with activities for the family. From a new arcade, Laser Tag, Lucky Putt, an updated bar/lounge with outdoor co****le, AND Volleyball courts, Sun Valley Lanes & Games is going to be a place to be in Lincoln for years to come.

The employees at Sun Valley played a role in helping out during this project and it definitely has that personal touch. Here are some of the highlights!

We work in Lincoln and Omaha so valid drivers license and dependable vehicle are a must!
• Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding and removing old paint.
• Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with putty, plaster or other filler.
• Tape, float and texture walls and ceilings.
• Paint surfaces, using brushes, spray gun, or paint rollers, and apply paint with cloth, brush, sponge or
fingers to create special effects.
• Stain, seal, and varnish wood surfaces.
• Erect scaffolding or set up ladder to perform tasks above ground level.
• Remove graffiti from the interior and exterior of buildings.
• Maintain inventory of tools and assist with inventory control of materials and equipment.
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
• Work with property owner/designer/architect/general contractor to complete projects.
