Big day at Foxtail Townhomes! 🚧🔥

The basement concrete pour is officially underway, and this project is starting to come to life in a big way. There’s nothing better than seeing the energy, teamwork, and momentum on site during a major milestone like this.

A lot of coordination and hard work goes into a successful pour day, and our team continues pushing this project forward every step of the way — and we’re just getting started. 💪

Get to know Ehric:

• What drew you to construction or this industry?
I grew up in construction, doing masonry and concrete with my dad and brother.

• Why did you choose to join Polaris?
Polaris was a great fit. The team supports my role well, and I can offer my best to the team in return. I’m excited to be an early part of a growing company.

• What’s a project or type of work you enjoy most?
Outdoor work, the more rural the better.

• What’s something you take pride in when the job is done?
Being the connection point between project owners and tradesmen. It’s an honor to help create a win-win where great tradesmen have great work and owners receive a great product.

• What do you like to do outside of work?
I live for the outdoors and great conversations. A motorcycle ride with thoughtful friends waiting at the end is always a great day.

• If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be?
Cigar rolling. I’m a connoisseur, not quite a craftsman.

• If you had a free plane ticket tomorrow, where are you going?
Somewhere rural and not touristy. Backpacking through villages somewhere unheard of.
