Get to know Jeanie:

• What drew you to construction or this industry? 23 years ago, I was given an opportunity to learn and grow within the industry, and I fell in love with it. I love to take and idea from concept to completion and see the hard work come to life. I enjoy the combination of organization, problem solving, communication, and the collaboration that goes into each project. I love being part of a role where I can support a team, build strong relationships, and help keep projects moving.

• Why did you choose to join Polaris? I chose Polaris because I saw an opportunity to be part of a growing company with a strong vision for the future, and building our community.

• What’s a project or type of work you enjoy most? I enjoy projects that bring people together to create something meaningful. I especially enjoy the coordination side of construction.

• What’s something you take pride in when the job is done? I take pride in seeing the vision become a reality and delivering a quality project.

• What do you like to do outside of work? I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and exploring new experiences. I love connecting with people, supporting local businesses, and working on creative projects at home. I also enjoy staying busy, learning new things, and making the most out of life’s adventures.

• If you could instantly master any skill, what would it be? Backing up my camper. Haha.

• If you had a free plane ticket tomorrow, where are you going? Vietnam; it’s beautiful there.

We were proud to be a Foundation Partner of the first-ever NeighborWorks Lincoln Construction Olympics and to support an event that celebrated the skilled trades, teamwork, and the incredible people who help build our community every day. NeighborWorks invited Polaris to participate as a Foundation Partner and highlighted that the event was designed to celebrate the trades while supporting affordable housing initiatives in Lincoln.
Congratulations to all the teams that competed, and thank you to everyone who came out to support this unique event. From hammering contests to toilet trots, it was great to see our industry come together for a fun day with an even greater purpose.
A special thank you to NeighborWorks Lincoln for the tremendous work they do throughout our community. For 40 years, they have been helping create housing opportunities, strengthen neighborhoods, and empower families through homeownership programs. We are grateful for the opportunity to support an organization making such a meaningful impact across Lincoln.

Big day at Foxtail Townhomes! 🚧🔥

The basement concrete pour is officially underway, and this project is starting to come to life in a big way. There’s nothing better than seeing the energy, teamwork, and momentum on site during a major milestone like this.

A lot of coordination and hard work goes into a successful pour day, and our team continues pushing this project forward every step of the way — and we’re just getting started. 💪
