A large percentage of contractors sub-contract out most of the work you hire them to complete. That’s fine, but makes it harder to control quality, scheduling, and costs.

We rely on the best subs for specific portions of our work, but we staff our own concrete/flatwork crew, framers, drywallers, tile setters, and trim carpenters - That allows us to better manage project flow, as well as ensure quality is delivered on every project.

That’s the Caneva way.
