Dallas brought the heat. Naturally, we talked about keeping things cold.

Our own Vice President of Thermal, Luke Waite, hit the stage at the I.CON Cold Conference alongside some of the industry’s best to break down what it really takes to construct a cold storage facility—from design and coordination to ex*****on in the field.

Turns out, building giant refrigerated boxes is slightly more complicated than plugging in a freezer.

Proud to see Luke representing FREEZ and sharing the knowledge that keeps our industry moving forward.

Is this the sexiest part of cold storage construction?

Absolutely.

Monday gets a bad reputation.

People act like it showed up, stole their lunch money, and canceled the weekend.

Here’s a different way to look at it…

Monday is the only day of the week that gives you a completely fresh scoreboard.

Nobody cares what happened last week.
Nobody’s keeping score of yesterday.
You get another shot.

The companies that win…
The teams that win…
The people that win…

…aren’t always the smartest.

They’re the ones who keep showing up when everyone else is still hitting snooze.

So grab the coffee.
Attack the emails.
Solve the field problems.
Encourage your team.
Make somebody’s day better.

Because next Monday, you’ll either be glad you started today…

…or you’ll wish you had.
