This was a first. Received a call to a site that said all the units quit working at once. Arrived and spoke to the manager and apparently a homeless individual moved into this gated area on the back of the building that houses the HVAC condensers and after finding him and speaking with him he vandalized the units because they were too loud when he was trying to sleep. Maybe locks on the disconnects weren’t a great idea because this guy went to the extreme. All locks were removed before taking the picture so we could shut the disconnects off the for safety concerns. Point being this is why we love the trades. Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been doing it , 2 years , 25 years you always see new things that keep it interesting.

New trane gas packs and exhaust fan install at a brand new state of the art concrete facility in central Arkansas. Happy to be apart of this project from the ground up. Today is a very exciting day for Advanced industrial refrigeration as we are officially operating in the state of Texas ! We are covering south from Corpus Christi all the way north to Dallas . This wouldn’t of been possible without all the hard work from our techs and office staff. Lone star state here we come !!!

Nice repair on this little chiller. As you can see we went from 77 degree water temp to 49 degree after the repair was made. Looking a lot better !

Early start this Saturday on Memorial Day weekend! When we say we are 24/7 we mean it. Whatever it takes to get our customers going Is what we will do ! Not a bad view of the city either !
