Skyline Restoration, Inc., a large established exterior restoration company, is currently recruiting for an experienced Project Superintendent to join our Long Island City, NY office.

Our ideal candidate is an innovative and decisive individually who can execute multiple projects throughout all project phases and will work closely with our Project Managers, Estimators and Business Development team. We also rely heavily on our Project Superintendent to demonstrate dedication to safety and quality control on our projects to maintain a strong customer relationship and client satisfaction.

A Project Superintendent who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment; has the ability to set goals and expectations and hold himself and others accountable; can encourage and mentor others.

Successful Candidates Must Meet The Following Criteria
5+ years of relative experience within residential/commercial construction and/or restoration industry.
Must have commercial experience in electrical, mechanical and plumbing
Expertise in Historic Preservation, Local Law 11 / Façade repairs, Roof Replacement, Concrete Repairs and Waterproofing.
Knowledge of historic buildings and current NYC DOB codes.
Proven experience and demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-million dollar projects.
Strong leadership skills to effectively oversee and mentor Project Superintendents, Foremen and Field Crews.
Proven dedication to safety, quality control and enforcement of such.
Excellent time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Project a plus.
Knowledge of Timberline (300 CRM) and On-Screen-Take-Off (OST) a plus.

Effective February 11, 2019, all BEST Squad forms have been replaced with new Construction Safety Compliance (CSC) forms. In addition, applicants are required to use the CSC Appointment Request Form for: pre-demolition inspection, demolition sign-off, Site Safety Manager/Coordinator Program removal, sidewalk shed removal, and suspended scaffold pre-use inspection.
