❄️ Is your air conditioner frozen up? ❄️
If you notice ice or frost on your outdoor unit, refrigerant lines, or indoor coil and your AC isn't cooling properly, please turn the system OFF and let it thaw completely before your service appointment.
We know that's not what anyone wants to hear on a hot day, but a frozen system cannot be properly diagnosed. The ice has to melt before our technicians can determine what's causing the problem and make the necessary repairs.
To help speed up the thawing process:
✅ Turn your thermostat to OFF (not just the AC)
✅ Turn the fan setting to ON
✅ Allow several hours for the ice to melt
Doing this before we arrive helps us diagnose the issue faster and often saves you time and money.
