Sometimes a changeout is a little more than just changing the equipment. 😅

This one definitely made us work for it.

We started with an old system sitting over an open return cavity, a deteriorated platform, and a mechanical closet that needed quite a bit of attention before the new equipment could go in.

So we tore it down, rebuilt the platform, cleaned up the installation, and set the new system up the way we wanted to leave it.

The difference speaks for itself. 👌

We take a lot of pride in the parts of an HVAC installation that most people will never see. A new system is only as good as the installation around it.

Not every install is straightforward.

This tight mechanical closet wouldn’t fit a standard air handler, so we retrofitted a wall-mount/apartment-style unit to make it work. We also completed a warranty compressor replacement while we were there.

Another problem solved. 💪❄️

This one had a good run… but it was time 🫡

Pulled off an old 12.5 ton package unit and set a brand new one in its place. Bigger, better, and ready for the Texas heat 🔥
