The finished result looks simple. Getting there is anything but.

Sometimes delivering the design means finding a completely different way to build it. In this case, raising the floor created the space needed to reroute plumbing while preserving the original vision.

Creative problem-solving is part of the job. Making it look effortless is the goal.

If you’ve spent years building an art collection, the last thing you want is to keep patching holes in your walls. That’s why we use concealed art rails from . Once the home’s finished, they’re almost invisible, but they make it easy to move and rehang artwork without damaging the plaster.

The best solutions are often the ones you’ll never notice.

On The Penthouse, existing plumbing and additional shut-off valves needed to be integrated behind what will ultimately read as a seamless wall of cabinetry. It’s the kind of coordination that happens long before the finishes are installed, resolving complex technical requirements without compromising the design.
