🎣 The Fish Pond is Opening! 🎣

Join us Saturday, June 6, as we celebrate the opening of the newly renovated Fish Pond at the Big Horn Canyon National Recreation Area Visitor Center in Lovell!

Thanks to a partnership between the National Park Service, Wyoming Game & Fish, and Bairco Construction, this pond has been transformed into a place where we can connect with the outdoors and create lasting memories.

🎣 No fishing license required during the event

What to expect:

This clay sewer pipe (stamped “Lovell”) was manufactured in Lovell in the early 1900s and installed in Yellowstone National Park a century ago.

Now our crew at Bairco is removing it and installing modern infrastructure to keep things flowing for the next hundred years.

Pretty cool to uncover a little piece of home while working in the Park!
