Have you guys had any experience with these fresh air intakes creating humidity issues or am I just crazy? Let me know. Keep in mind this is new construction and the original unit that was installed in the first place.

Have you guys ran into any issues with these new aluminum coils? This is about the tenth aluminum coil I’ve fixed across multiple different brands and locations and they are all relatively new. Kinda wack

Do you guys prefer getting a lot of information from the customer or just starting from scratch? I’ve definitely been led down the wrong path more so by maintenance guys at apartments. We did spend time searching for a leak just in case.
