This one’s a night-and-day transformation.

The original porch was beyond tired—rotted framing, failing trim, sagging sections, and a roofline that had clearly settled over time. The fascia and beam line were wavy, posts were out of plumb, and the whole structure was dragging the look (and integrity) of the front of the house down.

We tore it back to what we could trust and rebuilt it the right way.

• Reframed the entire porch structure to eliminate sagging and soft spots
• Jacked and straightened the roofline, bringing everything back into plane so the fascia runs clean and true across the entire front
• Installed new support posts, perfectly plumb and evenly spaced for a balanced look
• Rebuilt the beam system to properly carry the load and prevent future settling
• Added all new railing with clean, consistent spacing for a sharp finished appearance
• Wrapped everything out for a low-maintenance, long-lasting exterior
• Finished it off with a fresh, solid base and clean transitions all the way around

What used to be uneven, worn out, and structurally questionable is now straight, solid, and built to last.

Last but not least, we want to introduce the owner behind Wagner Home and Outdoor — Adam Wagner.

Adam’s passion for construction runs deep. He grew up around the trade, watching his dad and uncles build a strong reputation in the community through their business, Wagner and Sons. That legacy left a lasting impression, and today, Adam is proud to carry that tradition forward through Wagner Home and Outdoor.

As the owner, Adam leads with integrity, work ethic, and a genuine care for both his team and his clients. He takes pride in doing things the right way — always striving for clean, professional results that reflect the quality of the work behind them. He’s constantly looking to grow in his craft, learning new techniques and better ways to build, and that mindset carries into every project he takes on.

Adam cares deeply about customer satisfaction and the experience people have working with Wagner Home and Outdoor. But he’s the first to say that none of it would be possible without his crew. He’s incredibly grateful for the team he has built — a hardworking group that shows up every day ready to learn, improve, and give their best. They are the heart of this business and truly the dream team behind it all.

Outside of work, Adam is a devoted husband to his wife, Lauren, and a proud girl dad to Emma, with another little girl on the way this July. His family is his world, and everything he does is rooted in providing for and leading them well.

Adam loves the Lord and is committed to growing in his faith daily. He actively seeks to honor God in his work, his leadership, and his life. He also serves as a volunteer firefighter for the Riverton Fire Department, something that reflects on his heart for serving others and his community.

Wagner Home and Outdoor is built on more than just construction — it’s built on faith, family, and a commitment to doing things the right way. That starts with Adam.

Today we’re introducing Chris Ramirez.

Chris lives in Ludington with his fiancée, Dakota, and their two daughters, Alina (13 months) and Jasmine (10 weeks). They also have a cat named Butternut and a puppy named Riley. As a family, they enjoy summer walks out to the lighthouse and cozy winter nights with chocolate chip cookies and a good movie.

Chris is newer to construction and currently works as a laborer on our crew. He’s eager to learn and continues to pick up new skills quickly. He enjoys the hands-on nature of the work and is always looking to grow and improve in the trade.

He takes pride in what he does and is driven to give his best on every project. Chris is dedicated to quality and brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude to the team each day.

In his spare time, he enjoys building 3D puzzles.

Next up, meet Tyler Hillier.

Tyler has been with Wagner Home and Outdoor for six years and is our longest-standing team member. He serves as our assistant foreman and plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly day to day.

He brings strong hands-on experience in framing, siding, and window installation, and is known for his reliability and craftsmanship. Tyler takes pride in delivering quality work on every project and being someone the team and our clients can count on.

Outside of work, Tyler serves as a volunteer firefighter and enjoys spending time with his wife, Whitney and their four-year-old daughter, Addison.

Meet Patrick Ramirez.

Patrick lives in the area with his wife, Haily, and their 4 month old daughter, Chloe. They enjoy the simple things — hot cocoa on cold winter nights and long walks during the summer.

He got his start in construction back in high school and has been in the trade ever since. Today, Patrick serves as our foreman, helping lead projects and making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. He specializes in trim, kitchens, bathrooms, and fine detail work, and really enjoys working with clients to bring their vision to life.

He’s someone who truly pays attention to the details and cares about the quality of his work. Patrick is also a man of faith who loves the Lord, and that shows in the way he carries himself day to day.

We’re grateful to have him on our team.

Another siding install wrapped up for us.
This home is finished with Celect siding in Frost, and it really changed the feel of the house. The color keeps everything bright and clean, and the siding has just enough texture to give it that real wood look without the maintenance.
There are a lot of small details that go into an exterior like this — getting the trim lines right, keeping all the transitions clean, and making sure everything comes together the way it was intended to.
We’re also really thankful for all the work that Eickelberg Construction continues to trust us with. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of projects like this.

This one started with a car in the wrong place at the wrong time.
A vehicle slid off the road and hit this four-season room hard enough that it needed a full rebuild. Thankfully no one was hurt — but structurally, it was done.
We’ve torn out the damaged section and started fresh. Right now we’re back to posts and floor joists — the bones of it — but it’s taking shape fast. This is the stage most people never see, where everything gets squared up, leveled, and built solid so the rest of the room goes up the way it should.
It doesn’t look like much yet, but that’s how every strong rebuild starts. We’ll keep moving and bring it back like it never happened.

Clean lines. Intentional design. Seamless finish.
This addition was built to flow — not to stand out. Roof pitch tied in right. Overhangs aligned. Shingles blended so the transition from old to new feels natural. A complete siding replacement to finish off the exterior.
Our mindset with every addition is simple: it should look like it was always part of the original plan. No abrupt breaks. No awkward tie-ins. Just solid construction and details that make sense.
