FYI knowledge is power. We had a warranty/insurance job HVAC&R installation in a historic building in Chicago off Rush Street in Old Town neighborhood. It was two spacepak air conditioning systems in the ceilings we had to move remove the walls and ceilings to install. I have included all before, doing and after pictures I love my trade but some contractor when they orginal installed they put them with wall blocking all electrical and controls. As you see the I-beam that holds up the building is centimeters from the braze welding copper they call these systems space pak because they can cool and heat homes and you can put them in small areas where normal units cannot fit. This was a very challenging job but the customers were very positive and nice people understanding the location and access was going to take weeks to complete. www.smithmaintenance.net

FYI knowledge is power. This year I got to a Hvac repair call from Ted London A great attorney who can take care of your any issues in law whatever you need. It was great to see a professional, intelligent and honest. African American handing his business and helping the African Americans and all communities I was happy to do the same and repair his air conditioning also check out Wvon 1690am everyday but on Thursdays at 3:30pm it's African American business networking. It was a pleasure to do this job in Hanover Park, Illinois for Priscilla's Ultimate Express.
