Imported components can earn a bad reputation fast. When nothing gets checked against a standard before it lands, the failures show up later on the line.

A gear sourced overseas still has to earn its place on an American line.

Every component gets checked before it ships. Tooth form is measured by hand, then confirmed again on the CMM, and every result gets held against the print. Global sourcing keeps the cost down. Domestic inspection is what backs it up.

Keep too much on the shelf, and it's cash sitting still. Keep too little, and a line is waiting on a part that's still in transit.

Every component gets sourced, inspected, and warehoused here before it ever reaches a customer's floor. What sits on the shelf is scheduled against real production plans, so a release goes out already checked and ready to run.
