Nickles Electric Construction is proud to welcome Max Helminiak from Deerfield High School, who will be starting his Youth Apprenticeship with us this June!

Youth apprenticeships play such a vital role in the trades, and we’re honored to be part of helping the next generation build meaningful, hands-on careers. We’re proud to partner with our local school districts—not only on projects, but also in supporting students as they explore the opportunities and bright futures available in the trades.

We look forward to working with Max and watching him grow in the field.

We had a great time connecting with future electricians at the IBEW Local 159 Job Fair!

It was awesome meeting so many motivated individuals interested in building a career in the electrical trade. At Nickles Electric Construction, we’re always proud to support the next generation and share what makes this industry such a strong and rewarding path.

Nickles Electric Construction is proud to be recognized with a Q3 Award for our outstanding contributions to the Foley & Lardner LLP project in Madison, WI!

Working alongside Hunzinger Construction Company — the project’s General Contractor — and a dedicated project team, we delivered excellence in electrical construction that helped bring this significant office renovation to life. This complex project involved phased renovation of Foley & Lardner’s space, showcasing exceptional coordination and craftsmanship.

The Q3 Awards celebrate companies and partners who exemplify quality, collaboration, and total project excellence — values we are proud to uphold. Honored to stand alongside our HCC partners and peers as we continue building impactful projects together!

We had an awesome experience recently partnering with Trade Partners 1901 and Vogel Brothers along with Deerfield High School’s Academic & Career Planning program! We were able to sit down with students to talk about careers in the skilled trades and the youth apprenticeship opportunities available right here in our community.

It was great to see so much interest and excitement from students who are exploring their futures and looking for hands-on, meaningful career paths. These conversations are exactly why programs like this matter.

We truly value our partnership with the Deerfield School District and are proud of the youth apprentices currently working at Nickles Electric Construction. Investing in the next generation of tradespeople means investing in the future of our community—and we’re grateful to be part of that process. ⚡👷‍♂️

Celebrating the completion and Grand Opening of , a new student housing complex Madison's historic Greenbush neighborhood.

We are thrilled to have partnered with the teams at CRG and JH Findorff to provide reliable electrical services to University of Wisconsin-Madison students as they begin to move-in for the Fall semester.
