A Bryant system comes with a solid warranty. What most homeowners don't realize is that installation quality and registered paperwork both affect what's actually covered.

The warranty must be registered — Air Outlook handles this for you. An improper installation can void manufacturer coverage even if the equipment is brand new. Using an unlicensed contractor puts your warranty at risk from day one.

As a certified Bryant Dealer, Air Outlook installs your Bryant system correctly and the paperwork is done right.

Your energy bill tells a story. Most people just pay it.

Here's what to look for:

A sudden jump with no change in usage usually points to the HVAC system. Compare the same month year over year, gradual increases signal declining efficiency. If your bill keeps climbing but the house still isn't comfortable, your system is working harder for less.

Those are signs worth acting on.

Ollie spotted something worth checking.

Your outdoor unit needs at least 2 feet of clearance on all sides to pull in enough air. Shrubs, fencing, or debris too close to the unit restrict airflow and make the system work harder than it should.

Take a look and safely clear away anything that may be blocking it. Or, call an expert and we’ll take care of it for you! Your system will run more efficiently for the rest of the summer.

Refrigerant is what makes your AC actually cool the air. It absorbs heat from inside your home and releases it outside.

When it's low, your system can't keep up. It runs longer, works harder, and still falls short on the hottest days.

Low refrigerant usually means there's a leak somewhere. Topping it off without finding the leak just delays the problem.

If your system isn't cooling like it should, call Air Outlook. (256) 629-6757

Ollie's tip for July:

Closing the blinds and curtains on south-facing windows during the hottest part of the day takes real load off your AC.

Your system doesn't have to work as hard, your home stays cooler, and your bill thanks you for it.

Small habit. Real difference.

Your neighbor has the same square footage. Somehow their bill is $40 less every month.

It's usually not the house. It's the system.

System age, duct leaks, and insulation gaps all drive costs up differently house to house. A 10-year-old unit that hasn't been serviced loses efficiency every season. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, duct leaks can waste 20–30% of the air you're paying to condition before it ever reaches a room.

If your bill feels off, it's worth finding out why before another month goes by.
Call Air Outlook to find out what's driving your monthly bill higher and higher. (256) 629-6757
