Downtime Isn’t Just Lost Time… It’s Lost Money ⏱️
Contractors, let’s talk real numbers for a second.

Every hour your spray rig is down isn’t just a repair bill — it’s opportunity cost.

That’s the jobs you couldn’t bid.
The projects that got delayed.
The crews standing around.
The customers who called the next guy.

One day of downtime can easily cost more than the parts or service that would’ve prevented it.

At American Coating Company, we help you keep that number as close to zero as possible:

✅ Genuine Graco parts in stock
✅ Fast answers when you call
✅ Equipment support that keeps you spraying
Because every hour you’re up and running is an hour you’re making money — not losing it.

Stay productive. Stay profitable.

🔧 Tech Tip of the Week from American Coating Company! 🔧

Contractors, listen up — temperature is everything when spraying foam or polyurea! 🌡️

Pro Tip: Always check and maintain your material temps (A & B sides) within the manufacturer’s recommended range before you start. Cold chemicals = poor mix, lower yield, and weak performance.

Warm them properly and you’ll get better flow, higher coverage, and rock-solid results every time.

✅ Improves spray pattern & mix quality
✅ Maximizes yield from every set
✅ Reduces waste and callbacks
✅ Keeps your Graco equipment running smoother

A few extra minutes of temp control can make or break the job.

Spray smarter, not harder! 💪
