- plumbing rough-in and trim out for 4 full bathrooms

- 40 gallon indirect water heater
- liberty package grinder pump
- 2 air handlers with condensing units
- reverse osmosis point of use for optimal drinking water

Its been a while since my last post but here is one I just finished up the A/C system since we finally have some warm weather. On this build I did all of the plumbing, heating and A/C work minus the ductwork that was subcontracted.

We laid down 16 300' rolls of PEX for this radiant heat system. Stapling to the foam board makes this go fast! I started at 7 and the pressure test was on by 1!

I finished up a boiler replacement this week. I replaced this old relic with a Weil McLain GV90 +6. This mono flow system had an undersized pump and a water logged expansion tank. With this new equipment in place the house will heat much better this winter. I've been putting this power mate stair climbing cart right to work lately. It definitely makes moving these heavy boilers a lot easier.
