After and before.
Nothing fancy or unique here, but highly functional as it helps folks cross from the parking lot to the clubhouse, keeping them outta the bushes.
It accommodates a 15-inch elevation change with a gentle ramp and raised curbing. Transition to the street required a curb cut with flares for a flush transition.

So it looks like Crew Miguel gets this year's award for 'Best Crew Update Pictures'.
It's a very prestigious award that I just made up. And it gives him horn-tooting rights over our other crew leaders and their update pics.
You will see an update in a few weeks after the pool is done, landscaping in, and the marble is sealed.
The white marble is Snow White Sandblasted. The greyish marble steppers and patio are Belfonte Sandblasted.
Turf is Shawgrass Meraki Zeal.

We prefer pictures in more complete settings but no telling when the client is going to get around to landscaping etc.
We solved an impervious lot coverage issue by using Tremron Olde Towne Permeable paver system in Lionsbridge color. This allows water to pass through the enlarged joints and into an under-driveway gravel percolation system.
This municipality has tight 40% ISR limits, so the homeowners needed all the credits they could get. We installed 2300 ft² of driveway and were credited half of that footage.
So this driveway only counted as 1,150 SF towards their impervious surfaces.

Ok I'll stop, it's turning into a bad dad rap.
Here we have Belfonte sandblasted marble in 24"x24" size.
They were just washed down so they are shiny and the the colors really show through.

Just kicked off another big retaining wall project.
This one will add a few thousand SF of flat usable area to this heavily pitched lakefront property.
Final product will incorporate a pickleball court, artificial turf, runoff drainage management, and 3 tiers of elevation change.
