It is imperative to have yearly maintenance and inspections performed on your oil heat systems yearly. As you can see in the pictures, oil systems can become very dirty from particulates and other contaminants when not routinely serviced. Had a local convenience store call for a bad evaporator fan motor on their walk-in, which caused partial ice build-up on their coil. Thankfully, the supply house was open and we got them back up and running in no time, on a weekend too!
