Today, a group of FORCE America, Inc. / LDI employee-owners in Manitowoc used their company-paid volunteer time to support Hope House of Manitowoc County by helping with its garage sale fundraiser benefiting individuals experiencing homelessness.
A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and energy to make a difference. We are proud to be part of a community that comes together to support organizations doing such meaningful work.
Making a positive impact extends beyond our workplace, and it's always rewarding to give back to the communities we call home. 💙

Today we celebrated Memorial Day a little early with the team at FORCE America, Inc. LDI. 🇺🇸

We took time to honor those who have served & those currently serving our country, and proudly raised our new flag. We wrapped up the celebration with sweet treats, great conversation, and appreciation for the sacrifices made by so many.

Last week, the Manitowoc County Youth Apprenticeship program, facilitated by CESA 6, recognized Lincoln High School students completing the YA program. In total, 190 students gained real-world, hands-on training and technical coursework through LTC–Lakeshore.

Austin Miller is completing a one-year Machining/Manufacturing program and will graduate in June, joining FORCE America, Inc. LDI as an official employee-owner in a utility role supporting 2nd shift operations. Atticus Jagodzinski is also completing the one-year machining program through FORCE America, Inc. and will continue into his second year in the program while finishing his senior year at Lincoln High School.

Special thanks to YA mentors and coordinators Russ Paider and Eric Haban, along with the entire team, for supporting this valuable student experience.
