Recently, FORCE America, Inc. LDI hosted a mini grand opening event for the new powder coat line at our Huntley facility. 🎉

The event gave fellow employee-owners a chance to connect, explore the new line up close, and get an inside look at our latest investment in innovation and quality. And of course, great company and delicious food made it an even more memorable day!

For over 30 years, Team LDI has proudly supported Youth Apprenticeship in Manitowoc County and continues to partner with local schools to help students grow and succeed.

What an exciting month it’s been bringing everyone together for some March Madness fun!

We kicked things off on March 17th with our tournament drawing. Instead of traditional brackets, participants received teams at random, which made every game even more fun and unpredictable! 🏀 A special shoutout to our lucky winners, Al, Lori and Shannon, who drew the MI Wolverines and cheered them all the way to the championship—what a win! 🏆

We truly appreciate everyone who volunteered their time and energy to make these events happen. Your teamwork and participation made March memorable!

We are seeking individuals with previous powder coat paint experience to work on our brand-new paint line.

Core Responsibilities:
•Prepare metal parts for coating (cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking).
•Operate powder coating spray guns and related equipment.
•Monitor powder flow, air pressure, and oven temperatures to ensure proper coating and curing.
•Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, thin spots, or uneven coverage.
•Perform touch-ups or rework as necessary.
•Rack and un-rack parts from the paint line safely and efficiently.
•Package/palletize finished products according to company standards.
•Maintain accurate production and quality records.
•Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE (respirators, spray suits, boots, steel toes, hearing protection, gloves, eye protection).
•Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work area.
•Other duties as assigned.
