Hello neighbors and friends! Just a note to let you know, we may be calling you later than normal to schedule your Planned Service check. We have a technician out that just had surgery, and it will be six to eight weeks for the recovery before he can resume full duties here. Please know we are aware you are waiting on that call; and we will get to you as soon as we can! Thank you for your patience!

Hello friends and neighbors! Our service call protocol is to give each person on the schedule a two-hour window of time we think the technician will arrive. Unfortunately, sometimes the technician does not arrive in that two-hour window we gave you because they are replacing a part or making a repair for someone else on the schedule before you. Please be assured we will NEVER just not show up for an appointment. We may be running behind our intended schedule, but we will never take you off the schedule without calling you first. Thank you for being a valued customer!

Hello friends and neighbors! Let's talk about your thermostat for a minute. Did you know that you have two fan or blower settings on your thermostat? You can either have the fan/blower on all the time; or you can have the fan/blower only come on when the system calls for heating or cooling. If you want the fan/blower to run all the time set your fan switch to "ON"; if you want your fan/blower to only run when the system is heating or cooling then set your fan switch to "AUTO".
Running your fan/blower all the time will even out hot and cold spots in the house and will also keep your indoor air cleaner by constantly circulating your indoor air through your furnace filter.

Dear friends and neighbors; lets talk about credit cards for a spell. Now we all know how handy it is to make a phone call, give your number over the phone and take care of that bill. However, as with most companies these days; we have had to start charging a 3% fee to use your card. We held off and just absorbed the credit card fees for a long time, but they are getting out of hand.
Something you may not realize, the reason we have the credit card companies charging larger processing fees is so they can give you those perks you like to receive; like airline miles, cents off at the pump and all the other "freebies" they offer you for using your card. At the end of the day, the credit card company isn't giving you anything "for free"; you and I are paying for all those perks with the credit card fees.

Hello friends and neighbors! Let's talk about your thermostat. Set your thermostat to the cool setting you are most comfortable with and then forget it! Let the cooling system keep the humidity inside your home down so you stay cooler all summer long. If you have a programmable thermostat; select your heat and cool settings for your comfort level and let the program take over. And lets not forget if you have auto changeover on your comfort system; during the spring and fall it helps to maintain your comfort whether you need heat or air conditioning. Questions?
