🔥❄️We have the “BEST” announcement to make. After many years of doing OUR very best to serve our customers, we have decided it’s time to start a new chapter in our lives.
We want to thank each and every one of our customers that have helped to turn our small business into what it is today. A special thanks to our employees, both past and present, that have helped us grow through the years. We lost one of our own to cancer. He was not only our brother in law but more importantly our friend. He was a longtime employee and he will surely be missed. Reunited with his family. Rest in Peace Jerry Spradling.

As small business owners who love our community and our customers, we have done everything we can to keep our prices where we could continue to stay in business and serve our customers.
Industry wide there have been 9 equipment and supply price increases, not to mention the the cost of Freon increasing at least 3 fold during the past 2 years.
Then as of 1-1-23 we are now required by new government standards to not install any equipment less than a 15 SEER efficiency ratting, which is increasing cost of equipment once again by an overall average of 18 to 26 % depending on the brand we install.
We’ve recently found out we have another overall price increase starting March the 1st of 4 to 8%.
As many small businesses, we have been struggling to find ways to stay afloat as a company, while still offering the same level of service our customers expect at a price they can afford.
Unfortunately we have had to accept the fact there’s nothing we can do about the cost of doing business in this new business environment.
Having said all of this , we have reached out and partnered up with a company called Synchrony Finance. Hopefully this will possibly be a way that we can help our customers who need new equipment or expensive repairs be able to afford the cost and stay within their own individual budgets.
