PSA: I can't fix every single engine issue with a magical reflash!
Last night I tried to help a guy with a basic file transfer to a junkyard ECM he just bought, using a tune I had done for him a year and a half ago (he'd been using the truck daily with that file until a few days ago when he swapped ECM)
He never even mentioned the truck barely ran!
When it still ran like complete s**t (video below); I got hit with:
"You didn't fix anything"
“On top of being a big POS you’re pretty fu***ng dumb to be a ‘tech guy’”
…and
“Keep the money bitch.”
To be fair, he’s kinda right about the dumb for a tech guy part.
Thanks though dude! That $200 will help keep the lights on.

If ya ever happen to hear a bad review, please just keep in mind it could be this guy. Lol

Huge congrats to our friend and client François Lapointe on bringing home the gold with his killer built single turbo 14L Detroit DDEC 5 last week! This beast powered through a tough fuel pressure issue all day and still came out on top. Proof that when you put together a great setup, it’ll perform even through adversity. Much respect to he and Yohan’s work putting the build together, and I am proud to play my part!

One minute we’re working on sand hauler rigs, the next it’s a luxury Newell and a Prevost tour coach that’s spent years hauling some of our favorite artists across America.

No two days are the same around here, and that’s part of what keeps us loving what we do.

We’re thankful to have been a part of both of these projects and appreciate everyone who trusts us with their equipment.

Customer: “I’d like 550 HP at 2100 RPM.”

Engine: “Best I can do is 621.”

We overshot the target by 71 HP today on the dyno with this little 12.7, and she did it without breaking a sweat.
Looks like we’ll have to back her down a bit.

Check out that boost, EBP, and pyro temp though 👀

These have gotta be some of the nastiest sounding Jake brakes we’ve heard on a 12.7 😅
Fresh in frame overhaul with all the good stuff in er, and a nice little GT4202 hanging off the side, ready to rock.
