Monday–Thursday | 3:20 p.m.–1:50 a.m.
Friday | 3:20 p.m.–8:20 p.m.

⏰ Flex Shift:
Friday–Sunday | 4:55 a.m.–5:25 p.m.
Monday | 4:55 a.m.–3:25 p.m.

In this role, you’ll help oversee daily shop operations, provide direction and support to team members, and work alongside the team to keep production running safely and efficiently.

⚙️ Employee Spotlight: Chelsea Niemeier ⚙️

Some journeys have a way of coming full circle.

Chelsea's first chapter with Moore Fans began while she was earning her undergraduate degree. She worked part time in our shop and later completed an office internship, giving her the opportunity to learn different sides of the business.

Nearly a decade later, Chelsea returned to Moore Fans as a full-time Customer Service Representative. Joining the team in February 2026, she quickly picked up where her Moore Fans journey left off.

While settling into her new role, Chelsea also completed the final semester of her master's degree in business from Northwest State University. Balancing a new career while finishing graduate school is no small feat, and we're proud of the dedication she's shown every step of the way, both in her studies and as a member of the Moore Fans team.

Help us congratulate Ryan Lodder on 20 years with Moore Fans! 🎉

As our Lead Engineer, Ryan supports everything from new product development and field testing to customer technical support.

During his time with Moore Fans, Ryan has helped lead some impressive projects, including the development of our first 40-foot-diameter fan. His work also helped strengthen our position in the large-diameter cooling tower and air-cooled condenser markets.

“Ryan’s responsiveness to customers’ technical inquiries is outstanding. He is always ready to assist anyone who needs his help,” shared John Moore.

This summer, we had the opportunity to welcome a great group of engineering interns to the Moore Fans team.

Jacob, Zakkery, and William worked alongside seasoned team members to gain hands-on experience in designing and building custom axial-flow fans. Along the way, they learned 1) no two applications are exactly alike and 2) how each customer's unique specifications, operating environment and performance needs are essential to engineering a reliable airflow solution.

Beyond the technical experience, our interns also gained a firsthand look at the teamwork and customer service that has defined Moore Fans for generations.

Thank you to Jacob, Zakkery and William, for your curiosity and willingness to learn, and to our engineering team who invested their time and knowledge in mentoring the next generation.
