Qualifications
-Minimum of 4 Years Experience with Residential or Commercial HVAC install and service
-Commercial Refrigeration a plus.
-Experience in Replacements, New Construction, Renovations, Retrofits
-Experience with installation and service of boilers, furnaces, condensers, mini split systems and duct work
-Experience in all aspects of HVAC installation
-EPA certified – Preferred
-Service Techs welcomed, but applicants MUST also be willing to do installations.

Requirements
-Must be organized and highly detail oriented
-Excellent communication skills required
-Must be willing and eager to work
-Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
-Ability to lift 50+ pounds
-Job requires physical labor daily in various weather conditions
-Must have Clean and Valid Driver’s License

This is the #1 question we get and it is THE BEST question! Typical recommendations range from every 30 days to as long as 6 months.

The following considerations cause the variation in time frame:
1) Quality of the filter. Cheaper fiberglass filters need to be replaced more often and higher end pleated filters will last longer.
2) The average use of your system and size of your home.
3) If there are people in the home with allergies/asthma.
4) If there are pets in the home
5) If there are young children in the home

Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Installers to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems. Additional responsibilities include perform routine preventative maintenance and responding to work order requests in a timely fashion.

INSTALLERS/SERVICE TECHS

Qualifications
