Customer service from Columbus McKinnon is the worst I have experienced in my 40 years of being in this business. I have been trying to get what I would think would be simple information, a wire rope diameter (for verification) and so far I am on my ninth call and everybody seems to be on break or in a meeting. the departments that do answer the phone are uneducated on the product, don't want to help, out of my area, and the excuses keep piling up and I am being passed around like a hot potato, everyone in a hurry to pass the problem to someone else, pathetic to say the least.
