Sub flooring to rise up level with the living space. This added 528sqft to the home.
The previous homeowners turned the garage into a giant room that stepped down onto concrete. So we decided to raise the floor up 6 inches to match the kitchen/dining room area.

The latest bathroom renovation.
This tub was installed incorrectly causing the subfloor and joist to rot. The floor had started caving in and this situation became dire.
