It’s that time of year, everyone needs something done! Here’s to another job completed! Now we’re onto the next! We are currently working on a large exterior renovation of a 100+ year old home but can always get you on the schedule or squeeze you into the schedule!
This was a full tile backsplash and trim replacement around the staircase! We literally do it all!

Within the next week or two, CLR Construction is going to be FLOODED with steady work for the next few years.

With that being said, we are looking to hire a few carpenters!

Pay is based on skill level & experience. We offer PTO accrual and Christmas Bonuses.

Work shirts will be provided and tools that are onsite can be used, but definitely a bonus if you have your own at least drill & impact!

For the Sake of Transparency, We at CLR Construction would like to address what we feel is an extreme trolling issue that we arose to this morning.

Cordie Ritenour, owner of CLR Construction has been a 1099 subcontractor for over 20 years. Therefore, he has had multiple other construction companies hire him out to complete their projects, which they then charge the client more and pocket the difference without even stepping foot on site. Unfortunately, that’s just how the contracting world works, which is why we make transparency with our clients such an important aspect of the way we conduct our business.

With that being said, a sinking company that we had been hired out under seems to have a vendetta and is publicly harassing CLR Construction, giving the impression that the work posted isn’t that of our own.

If you look close enough, you yourself can determine the validity of these comments & posts. (Cordie Ritenour, the SAME MAN posted all over this business page, is the man in the mirror taking the photo).

Have a nice day everyone, enjoy your snow day and remember, we are not supposed to be envious of others successes but instead root for the next man.

Apologies for the delay, it has definitely been a long few weeks for us!

The moment you have all been waiting for…..

Isn’t this bathroom GORGEOUS!!

We were called in to treat & remove mold and replace the subfloor. Next thing we know, the client wanted to completely change the layout of their bathroom & remodel it entirely!

From all new plumbing lines in PEX, to re routing electrical, building a wall for a shower & placing a drain, to installing said shower and finishing touches like laying tile flooring to painting, we think we NAILED this job site!

What do you guys think?!

THE MAN HIMSELF!!!! 🏆

When his road to the NFL was cut short by a high school car accident, Cj knew it was time to put his second passion to use.

Many doubted him, few helped & encouraged him but he never let it stop him from seeing the vision!

After 20 years in the industry, he still finds himself learning more about the trade each and every day & the passion has yet to dwindle!

Aside from being a hard worker, he is a dedicated family man, a special needs father, and a die hard Washington fan (If he hasn’t turned his back on them by now, he won’t turn his back on YOU!)

Our client gave us a beautiful surprise when we showed up to the jobsite at the beginning of this week;

Not only did she go pick herself out some wallpaper but she installed it herself too!

She’s a pretty darn good wallpaper installer, what do you all think?

Perhaps we should give her a position with the company 😂😂

Tile has been laid & officially time for grout!

It’s all coming together nicely!

It’s amazing what a little paint can do!!!

Tile starts going down TODAY, stay tuned for photos 😍😍

Anyone wanna take a guess at what this job is at so far? We’ve completely redone all the piping in PEX, Re ran electrical wiring to install new heaters fan etc plus changed placement, not to mention drywall, paint, and now tile!

& it allll started with what was supposed to be a mold treatment and subfloor replacement!
