If you saw our post yesterday, you know we’ve been open about the many facility challenges we’ve faced over the past couple of years. Well, we’re happy to share some good news today! 🎉
One of our biggest ongoing struggles has been our HVAC system, which has been struggling for far too long despite our best efforts to keep it going. We reached out to Luxury Air, LLC in Martinsville, and they came through for us in a big way.
From start to finish, they were prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely respectful of our space and our timeline. They got the job done — and done right. 🙌
They also installed a tankless water heater for us, and we are so hopeful that this will finally give us the consistent hot water we have struggled to maintain in this building.
These upgrades mean so much more than comfort — they mean our animals and staff can thrive without the constant worry of something breaking down. Our team can focus on what they do best: caring for the animals who need us most. 🐾
If you are in need of HVAC services, we cannot recommend 𝗟𝘂𝘅𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗶𝗿 enough. They treated us with kindness and respect, and that means the world to a small nonprofit like ours.
