Nonmembers: $15

We’re offering a six class yoga series this summer at the historic Reynolds Homestead in Patrick County! These Yoga Flow classes are intended to cultivate a greater sense of trust in ourselves, joy in simplicity, and fluidity as we move through our busy lives. Come out and join us to deeply nourish your body, mind, and spirit. You deserve it 💛 classes will be offered every other Wednesday this summer 630-745pm. Ally Snead Yoga & Ayurveda and Four Rivers Holistic, LLC & Four Rivers Counseling are very excited to share our upcoming Spring Equinox Yoga and Meditation Workshop on March 20th!

Join us to harmonize your body and mind this spring by connecting with the natural rhythms of the changing seasons.

This event will be held at the Smith River Sports Complex Amphitheater, $10 per person, Friday, March 20th, from 6-7:30pm.

Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. This class will be suitable for beginniners and options will be provided for all bodies and all levels of practice.

I’m excited to be leading a series of yoga classes at Piedmont Arts in the new year! Find all of the details on the flyer and feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions. We will be alternating yoga and chair yoga classes each month. I have been on a journey with my health this year and my experience was a necessary reminder that getting on our hands and knees for yoga can be uncomfortable at times depending on our injuries, age, or physical health. I’m hoping there will be something for every body in this series of classes. The chair yoga will only include seated and standing postures. We’ll be practicing breathwork and meditation techniques in each class to calm our nervous systems and help bring our attention back to the present moment. Yoga is incredibly helpful for our physical and mental health as well as for navigating change, uncertainty, and the stress of our modern lives. Looking forward to sharing this transformational practice with you! See you there 💛
