One of our favorite features from this Bearden home renovation is this custom wine bar—a space designed to bring together beauty, functionality, and hospitality.

This addition included custom cabinetry, decorative shelving, integrated lighting, and new beverage refrigerators, creating a dedicated area for storing, displaying, and enjoying favorite wines and refreshments. The layered lighting highlights the finishes and adds warmth and ambiance, while the custom storage keeps everything organized and within reach.

A thoughtfully designed wine bar does more than create a beautiful focal point. It provides dedicated storage for beverages and glassware, frees up valuable kitchen space, and adds convenience for both everyday living and entertaining.

We're so excited to be partnering with these homeowners on a renovation that will breathe new life into a historic home while preserving the character and craftsmanship that make it so special. The project includes a complete sunroom rebuild, a new second-story deck, custom Craftsman-style trim work, hardwood flooring, exterior repairs, and extensive interior updates throughout the home.

Check out this incredible kitchen transformation in Bearden! What was once a closed-off and outdated kitchen is now a bright, expanded gathering space designed for both everyday living and entertaining.

This full remodel included a major kitchen addition to increase the footprint and completely reimagine the flow of the home. The project featured a full demolition of the original kitchen, custom full-overlay cabinetry handcrafted by Amish artisans, quartz countertops and matching quartz backsplash and shelving, updated lighting and plumbing fixtures, and beautiful new hardwood flooring carried throughout the surrounding living spaces.

Thoughtful functional details were built into every corner of the design, including discreet pop-up outlets in the island, increased storage throughout, and a pull-out mixer shelf that keeps appliances accessible without sacrificing counter space. The seamless cabinetry design creates a clean, tailored look while maximizing usability for daily life.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of creating client gift baskets for Kairos Construction Group. One thing I admire so much about Kairos is how intentional they are about caring for their clients. They consistently look for ways to go above and beyond, making people feel valued, appreciated, and genuinely seen throughout the entire remodeling process.

This particular basket was created as an end-of-project gift for a homeowner after their kitchen remodel was completed. Kairos shared details they had learned about the client throughout the project, and I curated the basket around those personal touches and preferences.

It’s always special getting to play a small part in celebrating such meaningful moments — and adding a little extra excitement to a brand new kitchen makes it even sweeter. 🤍

Laundry rooms don’t usually get the spotlight, but they should!

At Kairos, we know the most “ordinary” spaces in your home are often the ones you live in the most. A well-designed laundry room isn’t just about looks, it’s about how your home works for you every single day.

This transformation is a great example. What was once a purely functional, overlooked space is now clean, organized, and intentionally designed to make daily routines smoother.

To get there, we took the space all the way down to the subfloor, removing the existing tile system and rebuilding it the right way from the ground up. We installed new flooring that runs seamlessly with the surrounding spaces, added updated electrical for proper lighting and ventilation, built new cabinets, and brought in new trim, paint, and finishes to tie everything together into a cohesive, finished room.

For Joe, the work goes beyond construction. He understands that home renovation can be a difficult and sometimes overwhelming process, and he takes pride in helping clients feel confident and informed from start to finish.

He also thrives in the problem solving. Every project has challenges, and Joe is at his best working through details while keeping the bigger picture in view. Whether it is coordinating trades, adjusting plans, or finding the right materials, he brings a steady, thoughtful approach that keeps projects moving forward with clarity.
