Do any of you Smoke Meats?? Today I’m trying for the UFC freedom 250 some burnt ends. We’ll see how they come out every Sunday. I try to smoke a new type of meat share some of your recipes. I know we talk about Sheet Metal all the time but the other thing we need to do is drink beer and eat.

Don’t people know that if you takeoff the end of a Duct with a square to round or just put a collar in the end cap it’s severely affects the static pressure inside of the ductwork, especially if you have takeoffs coming off the side of the main trunk. it’s not a great idea. It actually acts like another piece of the ductwork trunk line.  I believe you should cap it and come off the side bottom top wherever you want and then go to your diffuser.
