25 Years Strong. A New Chapter Begins.

For 25 years, GS Construction has grown from a small, family-owned company into a trusted commercial construction partner across North Texas and beyond. Over the years, we’ve completed hundreds of projects spanning retail, office TI, industrial, medical, and special private projects—each one built on hard work, integrity, and relationships that last.

In 2025, we reached a major milestone by completing the largest project in company history, a testament to how far we’ve come and the trust our clients place in us.

As we celebrate 25 years, we’re also stepping into the future. GS Construction will now be introduced as GSC. This refresh represents more than new branding or structure—it marks a new vision and a new chapter, grounded in the knowledge, experience, and values passed down through generations of the Sanchez family.

We’re proud of our legacy, grateful for our partners and team, and excited for what’s ahead.

A shade wall is great for keeping it cool under the cover, but also makes for a great designed accent wall. It can be left beautiful as is, or you can add your own personal touches like mounting a tv, or adding decorations. This one was made from beautifully stained cedar.

GS Construction Company was founded in 2000 by Gabriel Sanchez. The Sanchez family has a strong DFW bloodline that has been heavily involved in the construction industry for over 75 years. Gabriel has over 35 years experience in the commercial construction industry alone, and was always taught to work hard and take pride in his work. That same motto goes for the way he runs his business. We cover a wide range of projects valued anywhere from $20,000-$500,000. We value each project we have the privilege of building for our customers. We have been in business for 20 years strong and hope to have continued success providing the best solutions for all of our current, and future customers. It’s not just about the work, but about the relationships built along the way.
