Hello everyone,
This mono stringer stair case was failing and we were able to bring it back life.
Cut out all the existing concrete treads and replaced with galvanized non slip bar grating treads. Which extended the life of these stair by another 40 years.
The alternative would have been a complete demo and new fabrication, which would have been four to five times the cost.
We can do both, so if your in need please give us a call for a free quote.

Hello everyone,
This is a mono stringer stair case that was failing. We brought it back and rebuilt stringer and replaced collapsing concrete treads with galvanized bar grating treads.
The alternative was a complete demolition, and fabrication with new materials.
Instead we rebuilt and extended the life of this stair case by another 40 years at a fraction of the cost for new construction.
We can do both so if your in need please give us a call for a free quote.
