This is a centralized bath fan exhaust system. Every bathroom exhaust (8 bath fans and 1 steam shower) in this house is ducted to one central location and exits the home in one pe*******on disguised as a venthood cap.

Installing exhaust vents this way eliminates the 9 holes that otherwise would have to be cut into the side of this home. The ducts are also run to allow the attic to still be used for storage. The little things go a long way!

Craftsmanship doesn’t happen by accident.

At first glance, you might see a window with a 48”x6” floor grille centered in front of it on the floor. Look again, and you’ll see that same 48”x6” grille also centered in an 8” plank, all while matching the same white oak grain in the rest of the floor.

A solid team and some attention to detail can make a huge difference in the final product of a custom home.

Tight spaces call for creative design.

These variable speed AHUs are secured to the back wall by using brackets designed for mounting mini split condensers on the side of a building. The results turned out nicely!

We run return air to every bedroom - It’s always fun when we get to find creative solutions to fit the vision our clients have for a space.

This is a built in dresser in a master closet. There is a 14”x14” return grille in the ceiling that is ducted back to another 14”x14” grille in the master bedroom. This transfer allows us to get return air to the system in the basement without having to give up a lot of usable space in the closet for a duct chase.

Tight squeeze for 4 ton 18 SEER Variable Speed Dual Fuel system. This is a 2-zone system, but we essentially had to run 3-zones of duct to make concessions for the desired ceiling height. This unit will serve the Master Suite, Guest Suite, and the basement living space/home gym.

Radiant floor heating is an efficient and effective way to heat a space. It also looks awesome before it is covered up by concrete.

The only problem with this install is that we ran out of red PEX and had run two loops in white.
