It is with great appreciation, admiration, and gratitude that we say goodbye to a true American icon, Dolly Parton. Throughout her remarkable life and career, she has inspired generations through her music and genuine care for others.

Among her many memorable words is the simple reminder, “If you see someone without a smile, give them yours.” It is a sentiment that beautifully captures the kindness and compassion she has shared throughout her life.

Dolly Parton leaves behind a remarkable legacy that extends far beyond her music. Her ability to bring people together will continue to inspire many for years to come. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.

In recognition of the United States’ 250 years of independence, Universal Metrics held a company-wide logo design competition to commemorate this special occasion.

We are pleased to recognize Patrick, whose design was selected as the winning entry! His logo reflects the significance of this milestone and the pride we share in honoring it. The design was lasered onto a plaque and distributed to each employee at our July all-staff event.

We extend our appreciation to all employees who participated and contributed their creativity to this initiative.
