A 2,000 square foot plan that lives a whole lot bigger than the number suggests.

This is the Redwood from our Designer Collection, built here in the Treasure Valley with a little extra square footage added to the great room. The vault is what does the heavy lifting. It carries from the dining room through the great room and all the way out over the covered patio, so the whole main living area feels open instead of compartmentalized. This particular build also swapped a bedroom for a dedicated office, which is one of the more common changes we make.

That is the part people tend to miss when they are looking at plans online. A floor plan is a starting point. If you own land in the Treasure Valley or you are still shopping for a lot, we can adjust the layout to fit your site, your family, and your budget.

The Oliver is the most compact plan in the Founder’s Collection, and that’s exactly what makes it work. Two bedrooms, one bath, an optional garage. It’s a good fit as an ADU or a rental, but it’s just as much a home in its own right. A full, custom-built house on your own land at one of the most reachable price points we offer. Not everyone is looking for more room. Some people are looking for the right room.
