“Is this available?” deserves a useful answer.

Before replying, check the exact vehicle. Confirm whether it’s still available, then offer one detail that helps the buyer decide: condition, equipment, or a walkaround video.

Try this after checking your inventory:

“Hi [first name], yes, the [year make model] is available as of [time checked]. I’m [your name] at [dealership]. What would help you decide whether it’s worth a look: the condition, equipment, or a walkaround video?”

Replace the brackets, verify the facts, and make it sound like you. Check availability again before confirming a visit.
