Wheeler Air Conditioning & Plumbing is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. This position helps keep our office running smoothly by assisting with dispatching, answering phones, supporting accounts payable and receivable, creating estimates, and helping with general day-to-day office operations.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both our team and our customers. Previous experience in plumbing or the home service industry is a big plus, but not required.
