This homeowner wanted to stop worrying about rot, constant maintenance, splinters, and the short lifespan that comes with traditional wood patios.

So we upgraded them to:

✔️ Metal wire railing system
✔️ A cleaner, more modern look
✔️ Long-term durability with less upkeep

This old New Orleans home had stories, and not the good kind.

• Termite damage eating through structure
• Exterior leaks that needed sealing
• Joists not even fastened 😬
• Full wall conversion into an open archway
• Double kitchen layout brought back to life
• Full master suite build-out

Homeowner wanted green board throughout the entire house, not just wet areas, so we made it happen.

We reinforced structure, rebuilt subfloors in 2 rooms, and handled the heavy lifting to get this house solid again 💪

This wasn’t a full completion job — homeowner’s taking on some DIY from here — but the foundation is finally done right.

Because at the end of the day…
Anybody can make it look good.
Not everybody can make it right.
