Please join us in congratulating Sabrina Ponce on her promotion to Pre-Construction Manager! 🎉

Since beginning her career at JGR as a Management Trainee in Estimating and then serving as Business Development Manager, Sabrina has consistently exemplified what it means to be one, dedicated to excellence, and relentless throughout every client relationship and project opportunity.

In her new role, Sabrina will lead the Pre-Construction Department, ensuring our projects deliver value and efficiency from the earliest stages. She will focus on leveraging technology to drive cost savings, optimize schedules and advance BIM integration as projects transition from Pre-Construction into Operations. Her strong communication skills and industry ties make her uniquely suited to meet client needs across projects of all sizes.
