We may have forgotten to take a before picture, but the after photos speak for themselves.

This project was much more than installing fencing and spreading sand. The property had a significant slope, so the first step was completely regrading the entire hillside to create a level, stable foundation for the arena. Hundreds of cubic yards of material were carefully excavated, moved, and compacted to achieve the proper elevation and ensure long-term stability.

Once the site was properly graded, we installed a complete drainage system to move water away from the arena and prevent standing water or washouts. After establishing a solid foundation, we installed geotextile fabric, placed and fine-graded the base and footing materials, and completed the project with a custom post-and-rail fence and gate.

The result is a professionally built riding ring, built to last.

One of this week’s projects involved solving a long-term water intrusion issue caused by a failed footing drain system.

We excavated around the foundation, installed a brand-new footing drain, and professionally sealed the foundation to ensure water is directed away from the home. Once the job was complete, the property looked as if we were never there.

Our work was put to the test with last night’s heavy rain and we’re happy to report no more basement flooding!
