This was a dentist's office that was converted into an apartment. As you can see in the pictures, walls were removed, commercial lighting and drop ceiling was taken down and replaced with a new drywall ceiling with recessed LED lighting. All the piping, HVAC, and wires were hidden under the new ceiling or by custom built soffits. Special order cabinets and counters installed with subway tile backsplah. New stainless steel appliances, farm house sink with brushed brass faucet and hardware all around. The large commercial glass door was replaced with a nice fiberglass entry door. All the original trim was matched so everything looks like it was always there. Custom closet built in the master bedroom. Small staff kitchen was removed and turned into a laundry room. Floors refinished and walls painted. Many more small touches were added to finish up a pretty nice build.

This was a fun project to do. The ask was to add doors to a 9 ft opening into the living room and a door to a 4 ft opening into the kitchen. The problem was that the math didn't make sense for standard size slabs and space was limited to allow for the swing. The solution was installing two fixed 24 inch slabs nicely framed and using a 10 ft barn door track to hold two 30 inch slabs. The other opening was framed and drywalled to hold a 36 inch french door slab with custom built transom window above. I was able to match all the original trim so it looks original to the house. Great project.

Light kitchen remodel. Walls were redone to get rid of a double layer someone did to create a raised edge. New floors using 12 x 24 waterproof flooring. New doors and hardware, new faucet and electrical. Ceiling was scraped and smoothed out to get rid of a stomp brush ceiling (spikey texture).

Small bathroom refresh. New floors, toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet and shelves.

This whole house was touched up. Every room had the walls repaired and painted. New floors in all three bedrooms to include baseboards. The kitchen cabinets were painted, a new counter top and subway tile backaplash.
